MHD Residence (the "App"), published by Olbius, is a mobile portal for residents of buildings
managed on the MHD platform. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
Information the App processes
- The App requires you to sign in with a resident account provided by your building
management. Your sign-in credentials are sent securely over HTTPS to the building
management system solely to authenticate you.
- After you sign in, the App displays information about your residence — unit
details, invoices, payments, and registered vehicles. This information is held in the building
management system; the App does not create, collect, or accumulate additional data about you.
Information stored on your device
The App stores a session token and your language preference
locally on your device so it can keep you signed in and remember your chosen language. These are
removed when you sign out.
What the App does NOT do
- It does not collect data for advertising or analytics.
- It does not share your data with third parties.
- It contains no advertising or tracking technologies.
- It does not access your location, contacts, photos, or microphone.
Security
All communication between the App and the server is encrypted using HTTPS.
Children
The App is intended for adult residents and is not directed at children.
Your rights and data deletion
Your resident account and the related data are managed by your building management. Resident
accounts are not created within the App. To review, correct, or request deletion
of your data, please contact your building management or email us at the address below.

tòa nhà được quản lý trên nền tảng MHD. Chính sách này giải thích cách ứng dụng xử lý thông tin
của bạn.
Thông tin ứng dụng xử lý
- Ứng dụng yêu cầu bạn đăng nhập bằng tài khoản cư dân do ban quản lý tòa nhà cung
cấp. Thông tin đăng nhập được gửi an toàn qua HTTPS đến hệ thống quản lý chỉ nhằm mục
đích xác thực bạn.
- Sau khi đăng nhập, ứng dụng hiển thị thông tin liên quan đến căn hộ của bạn —
thông tin căn hộ, hóa đơn, thanh toán và phương tiện đã đăng ký. Dữ liệu này nằm trong hệ thống
quản lý tòa nhà; ứng dụng không tạo ra, không thu thập và không tích lũy thêm dữ liệu về bạn.
Thông tin lưu trên thiết bị
Ứng dụng lưu một mã phiên đăng nhập (session token) và tùy chọn ngôn
ngữ trên thiết bị của bạn để giữ trạng thái đăng nhập và ghi nhớ ngôn ngữ. Các dữ liệu này
bị xóa khi bạn đăng xuất.
Ứng dụng KHÔNG
- Không thu thập dữ liệu cho mục đích quảng cáo hay phân tích.
- Không chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba.
- Không chứa công cụ quảng cáo hay theo dõi (tracking).
- Không truy cập vị trí, danh bạ, ảnh hay micro của bạn.
Bảo mật
Mọi liên lạc giữa ứng dụng và máy chủ đều được mã hóa qua HTTPS.
Trẻ em
Ứng dụng dành cho cư dân trưởng thành và không hướng đến trẻ em.
Quyền của bạn và xóa dữ liệu
Tài khoản cư dân và dữ liệu liên quan do ban quản lý tòa nhà quản lý. Tài khoản cư dân
không được tạo trong ứng dụng. Để xem, chỉnh sửa hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu, vui lòng
liên hệ ban quản lý tòa nhà hoặc gửi email tới địa chỉ bên dưới.
